Welcome to the 2025 Western States Sales Competition
March 14 – 15 2025
The Dykman Electrical Western States Sales Competition provided students with the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills in professional sales within a dynamic, experiential learning environment.
Participants took on the role of sales representatives, navigating real-world sales scenarios as they presented the value proposition of their product to industry professionals. Students demonstrated their sales expertise through case analysis, relationship building and solution-based selling.
In addition to gaining invaluable experience and networking opportunities, top performers have the chance to earn cash prizes and stand out to potential employers.

Connections Made at the Sales Career Fair
Student competitors had the opportunity to connect with attending sponsors and recruiters during the Sales Career Fair, which featured over 10 companies and was held on Friday, March 14.
Participation in the fair was a required part of the competition, giving students direct access to industry professionals and potential employers.
