Lecturer, Resort and Hospitality Management
Patty hails from the northeast where she received her Master of Science in Hospitality Administration from Drexel University. Before her journey in higher education began, she studied extensively at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and has worked in some of the best hotels and restaurants in the United States. Traveling around the world is a passion of hers; thanks to her husband who is active duty in the Air Force. She loves telling students about her travels, which hotels she has visited, and especially which foods she has tried. Patty firmly believes that sometimes travel is the best education and encourages her students to explore outside their comfort zone whenever possible. So far, her favorite city has been Munich.
