Qing Gong is an assistant professor in the Department of Management. Qing received her Ph.D. from Scheller College of Business, Georgia Institute of Technology. Her research mainly focuses on creativity, creativity evaluation, social perceptions and interactions in the workplace. Her research has appeared in the Journal of Applied Psychology and Journal of Vocational Behavior. She also serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Vocational Behavior.
