Dr. Cundiff arrived in Boise from Fairbanks, Alaska. Before coming to Idaho, she was the director of the Northern Leadership Center, as well as an associate professor and program director of business administration at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Cundiff has experience developing mid-level and executive leaders in various sectors and teaches capstone courses in two of our four MBA programs. She earned her undergraduate, master, and Ph.D. in applied psychology, with an additional master of business administration, from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
