Catherine Paek is an assistant professor of management in the College of Business and Economics. Catherine received her Ph.D. from Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her research centers on venture-backed entrepreneurs, studying issues in entrepreneurship, career mobility, and organization theory. She is currently exploring the implications of entrepreneurial experience in entrepreneurs’ post-entrepreneurship careers. In related work, she investigates the role of entrepreneurial identity in entrepreneurial exit and career mobility.
Catherine is an entrepreneur and runs a global digital marketing agency in South Korea. Her company provides digital services to companies wishing to expand internationally.
