Supply Chain Management

The mission of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) program is to deliver a holistic, relevant, undergraduate education of the entire supply chain. With instruction in the topics of supply management (procurement), operations, logistics, analytics, and quality management, we combine the necessary theoretical foundations with practical experiences to equip students for immediate employment. Our graduates typically start careers as procurement specialists, supply chain/production planners, and logistics analysts. Extending the program’s mission, our faculty support local and regional companies, non-profits, news outlets, and regularly engage in projects with the local Boise community.

The Supply Chain Management (SCM) program at Boise State University has a reputation for being one of the most comprehensive and respected operations programs in the western United States. Outstanding students are attracted by the program’s rigor and marketability with employers.
