[Mark Bannister, Dean of the College of Business and Economics]: I’m Mark Bannister, Dean of the College of Business and Economics at Boise State University. I welcome international students who are considering our College of Business. You’ll find that this is an exciting and supportive place for students from across the globe. We seek to have a diverse and inclusive group of students and faculty. This is a university that is on the rise. It has been named among the top ten public universities in America for that category. U.S. News and World Report has placed Boise State in the top 50 among most innovative universities in the United States.
[Celeste Giordani, International Enrollment Counselor]: Welcome on behalf of the Center for Global Education. Boise State offers international students a chance to live and study at a campus alive with opportunity. Our center provides specialized support, career and employment advising workshops, and cultural immersion activities to make you a well-rounded student and prepare to take on a career in business.
[Tshering Tash Sherpa, Career Track MBA Candidate]: I love the career track MBA program at Boise State University because I get to work with people from diverse backgrounds, culture, and academics. Having my engineering background and an MBA the top of it has made me more marketable and successful.
[Trisha Lamb, Director of the Career track Program]: So the Career Track MBA program also provides real-world experience in the classroom. So we have live business cases, our capstone projects where students are able to get their hands dirty working with real companies on real projects.
[Mark Bannister]: In 2019, Boise was named the most livable city in America and it has also been named one of the top ten safest cities in America. Come, be a part of us at Boise State University.
