Boise State’s CTMBA is specifically designed to train young professionals to be successful in the business world and provide them with the real-world tools they need for a successful career.

Each year, students are carefully selected and admitted to create a well-rounded, diversified, and energetic cohort of 35-50+ students each year. Here’s a look at our most recent class:

  • Male: 50%
  • Female: 50%
  • Average age: 25 years old
  • Average prior work experience: 60% zero prior work experience, 40% with work experience average 3 years
  • Average undergraduate GPA: 3.60

A typical student in the Career Track MBA includes:

  • Early career professionals
  • Recent college graduates
  • Non-business majors (such as liberal arts, social sciences, engineering, arts and sciences), although we love and welcome business majors too!
  • Students with no work experience or little work experience
  • Highly motivated students looking to advance or pivot in their professional careers
