Program Overview

Begin your graduate education with a group of like-minded, talented classmates! Not only do Career Track MBA students receive a world class business education, but they also become a part of an instant support group. This 22-month program offers students the opportunity to network and make life-long friendships as they develop their business skills.

This affordable degree is designed for highly motivated early career professionals looking to fast track their careers. Consideration of admission requires no business background or work experience.

  • Full-time, in-person courses start each fall semester in August
  • Lock-step cohort program where students take all in-person courses together with their classmates – learn and network with 35-50+ young professionals in the Treasure Valley
  • Daytime classes are held 4 days per week in the fall and spring
  • 22-month completion – 4 fall / spring semesters with 1 semester of a required summer internship (5 semesters total)
  • 51 total credit hours
  • Internship required for real world experience and networking
  • Curriculum has a special emphasis on teamwork, business skills, project management and real-world experience

Most students work part-time jobs while attending in-person courses during the day. Typically, students report spending 25-30 hours of time per week in-class, working on homework and meeting for team projects.
