Laura interacts with employers to identify Bronco talent and enrich Boise’s workforce – through internships and jobs. In addition she focuses on strategic external engagement –facilitating partnerships between industry and faculty to integrate real-world business scenarios into the curriculum through projects, case studies, guest speakers, panels, research, and more. Laura grew up on the east coast and graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Masters in Administrative Education. In her free time, Laura can be found running on Boise’s trails with her Labradoodle.

Monique connects students to high-impact career opportunities through one-on-one support, as well as group coaching and class presentations. She co-manages Bronco Corps, an internship funding program, and tracks career outcomes data for COBE Broncos. Monique attended college in Portland, Oregon, earning a BA in Communication. She then completed a Masters of Education Technology and Instructional Design from Boise State University. Outside of our office, you can find Monique adventuring with her husband and dogs.

Brandon assists students in identifying career next-steps through individual coaching. He provides the tools and knowledge needed to grow a business focused career. Brandon also assists faculty and staff with incorporating career development into their classroom. He grew up in Idaho and holds a BA in German from Brigham Young University, as well as an MBA from Boise State University. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys cooking, cycling and hiking.

Mattie directs business students to all the different opportunities COBE Career Services has to offer, while also providing administrative support to our team and managing the Career Closet. Mattie grew up in Star, Idaho and attended Utah Tech University before graduating from Boise State University in 2019 with a BA in Multidisciplinary Studies and minor in Nonprofit Management. Outside of work, Mattie can be found reading fantasy novels, playing video games, and hanging out with her cats, Ozzy and Dizzy.

Courtney is a Graduate Assistant with COBE and is a part of the CTMBA program at Boise State. Courtney grew up in Oregon and is an alumnus of Gonzaga University where she graduated with a degree in Public Relations and minored in Business Promotions, Journalism, and Digital Marketing. Outside of work, Courtney can be found hanging out with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, running, and assisting with weddings in the Boise area!

Emma is a Graduate Assistant with a passion for creative solutions and individual empowerment. Originally from Washington state, Emma earned her undergraduate degree in English (focusing in Professional and Creative Writing) from Brigham Young University-Idaho. When she’s not working, Emma enjoys reading, writing short stories and poems, rock climbing, and hiking.
