The Boise State Department of Theatre, Film and Creative Writing presents “Wolf/Girl” by Heidi Kraay, directed by Tiara Thompson. Tickets cost $20 plus fees.
Synopsis: Tired of feeling like a misfit, Maddy runs away from her hometown bullies and joins up with a wolf pack. The longer she stays, the more she identifies with her new family, becoming a wolf at ease in her skin for the first time. But in order to find true peace, she must face her past, returning to her human body with wolf spirit inside. Whenever the moon is full, she rejoins her chosen family, and meanwhile, she belongs to herself. Wolf/Girl reconstructs the werewolf story and explores how we find ourselves through difficult times.
Original poster artwork by Erin Cunningham will be available for purchase at every performance. All proceeds from poster sales go to the Theatre Arts Scholarship fund.
