Mixed feelings of belonging: While 66% reported generally positive morale, nearly 50% felt like outsiders and uncomfortable sharing their beliefs. However 77% said they were able to be authentic at work.
Compensation concerns: Around 28% felt they never or rarely received praise for their work, and 35% said they were rarely or never fairly compensated for the work that was expected.
Career path uncertainty: 60% of respondents expressed some level of uncertainty about their career path.
Feeling unheard: While 32% rarely felt heard at the college level, 64% reported the same at the university level.
Positive relationships with students: Over 83% of respondents highlighted positive relationships with students.
