Lisa Brady served as the Idaho representative of the National Humanities Alliance for Humanities Advocacy Day, March 15, 2022. She spoke with Senator Mike Crapo and Senator Jim Risch, as well as staff members from their offices, and from the offices of Congressmen Mike Simpson and Russ Fulcher about the importance of the humanities in the lives of Idahoans. She advocated for the support of the National Archives, the National Endowment for the Humanities and the Fulbright-Hays and Title VI programs, each of which provide critical information, programming and funding for humanities research and education, as well as to museums, libraries and other agencies and organizations across the state.
