[Leslie Durham, Ph.D, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences] Welcome to Boise State. My name is Leslie Durham, and I’m the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences. We are thrilled to have you here and look forward to supporting you on your academic journey. The College of Arts and Sciences offers the most diverse set of majors at the university.

We offer 71 majors, 65 minors and 46 certificates. No matter what your passion is, you’ll find like-minded people here to support you and prepare you for the future. If you’re unsure what your future holds, I guarantee that you’ll find a program in our college that will inspire you and give you the skills to launch a career after you graduate.

Our college advising team can provide you with guidance at every stage of your academic journey. Opportunities for discovery don’t end at the classroom door. That’s why we offer a variety of resources to help you connect with other students who share your interests. Whether you’re stargazing with the Physics and Astronomy Club, showcasing your artwork in the Luminary, or polishing your resume at the Writing Center, there are plenty of ways to get involved and make a difference on campus.

As you start your journey with us at the College of Arts and Sciences, we want you to know that the possibilities are endless.
