The SPACE for You
The College of Innovation + Design welcomes you to The SPACE, intentionally designed for retreats, workshops and special events. Accommodating groups of up to 100 guests, we welcome teams from within the university as well as the larger community. Our highly flexible venue can be customized to create a supportive, collaborative, and transformative environment. Through a suite of support services, including event planning and expert facilitation, our team partners with you to manage the logistics, while you focus on achieving your goals and advancing your strategic objectives.
Our SPACE
The SPACE can host group sizes from 6 to 100 guests in a variety of venues and is reservable in half-day, full-day, and evening blocks. Please review the detailed descriptions below and feel free to contact us to discuss your goals and customize the venue to meet your needs.
The Incubator
- Ideal for larger group retreats, workshops, and special events, includes flexible furniture, whiteboards, and a customizable stage.
- 5,800 sq. ft. with an est. occupancy of 100 guests
- Price range: Internal $240 to $400, External $1,200 to $2,000
The Residence
- Collaboration space well suited for small and medium-sized group retreats and workshops.
- 2,200 sq. ft. with an est. occupancy of 30 guests
- Price range: Internal $80 to $120, External $400 to $600
The Glassroom
- Light-filled room ideal for group workshops, small retreats or intimate events.
- 1,000 sq. ft. with an est. occupancy of 30 guests
- Price range: Internal $80 to $120, External $400 to $600
The SPACE
- A hub of interconnected rooms designed to foster collaboration and dynamic ideation. Ideal for large groups and multi-day events. The SPACE includes the Incubator, Residence, Glassroom, and Commons.
- 13,000 sq. ft. with an est. total occupancy of 200 guests
- Price: Internal $1,000/day, External $4,000/day
