Thank you for your interest in the Master’s in Chemistry program at Boise State University. Our faculty are committed to teaching and working with the next generation of chemists. We recognize that your choice of graduate institution is one of the most important decisions you will make for your future. At Boise State University, the Master’s in Chemistry is a research-based degree in which the candidate will complete a thesis based on their original research. The thesis will make a significant contribution to the body of scientific knowledge and be of sufficient quality to warrant publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Following the completion of the thesis, students will give an oral presentation defense to present the results of their research to the public. Please feel free to contact us at chemgrad@boisestate.edu with any additional questions about our graduate program or the application process. We look forward to seeing your application.
