Dr. Julia Dshemuchadse, Cronell University, will present “Emerging crystalline order in self-assembly simulations of complex
structures” this Friday, October 7th, in MCMR 205. This is a joint Chemistry/Materials Science seminar.
According to her Cornell University biography, Dr. Dshemuchadse “studies the structures of complex crystalline materials and their formation, aiming to understand the rules that govern their assembly and stability and to ultimately be able to predict and design new materials.” She combines her crystallography expertise with computer simulation techniques in other to study soft matter simulation. Please join us for Dr. Dshemuchadse’s talk.
