Join us for the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry seminar this Friday, 9/30, where Dr Jeremy A. Johnson from Brigham Young University will present “Data mining for organic crystals that can generate terahertz light, and using intense terahertz pulses to drive materials far from equilibrium.” This exciting research field has the potential to discover organic materials with “picosecond-functionality.” The seminar will be held in EDUC 112 at 1:30pm.
