Biomolecular Functions and Analysis

Understanding Biomolecular Functions at Environmentally Relevant Interfaces.

The video has Dr. Konrad Meister demonstrating 3D chemical structures using the Luminary’s one-of-a-kind interactive screens!

About the Lab:

In the Meister Research Lab, we focus on using a combination of biochemical, biophysical, and advanced physicochemical experiments to advance our understanding of proteins and biomaterials. Spectroscopic tools like vibrational spectroscopy allow us to detect processes in real-time while microscopic tools provide us with spatial resolution. We are particularly interested in proteins that can interact with interfaces and those that (self)-assemble into large functional aggregates.
