Chemical and Lab Safety

The Chemical and Lab Safety (CaLS) staff are responsible for responding to emergencies involving hazardous materials and waste, such as spills or leaks, and coordinating cleanup efforts and emergency response.  They also continuously conduct regular reviews of the university’s hazardous materials management procedures and update them as necessary to improve efficiency and safety.
