Work U has a new internship option for first and second year students: the Summer Sprint!
Paid Mini Internships for First and Second Year Students
Because most internships are completed by juniors and seniors, it can be hard to get real professional experience as a first or second year student. This summer, Work U is offering a 3-week, paid “mini internship” just for you. This stepping stone will help you build your resume and compete for future internships.
Over the course of 3 weeks, from May 12 – May 30, you’ll work 7-10 hours per week at your internship site.
What to Expect
- Get paid for 30 hours of meaningful work experience that impacts a real organization
- Expand your network through the organization with a designated mentor
- Explore a potential career path
- Get career support in career readiness workshops
