Fees

A portion of your registration fee goes to support students participating in unpaid non-profit internships.

The Career Fair registration fees are as follows:

Premier Sponsorship (6 spots available) – $1,000, includes:

  1. Career Fair registration, 6′ table, 2 chairs, lunch for 6 representatives, and additional table upon request at no charge
  2. Premium location at the Career Fair
  3. Company logo, description, and website link featured on the career fair webpage before the event and for several months after
  4. Company recognition on all student email messages advertising the Career Fair
  5. Recognition on Career Fair maps given to each student
  6. Recognition on signage at the Career Fair and Employer Happy Hour
  7. Career Services social media post highlighting your company culture and positions you’re recruiting for
  8. Student booth check-in lead capture via Handshake
  9. Option to provide up to 150 branded bags to give to student attendees at check-in

Professional Headshots Sponsorship (1 spot available) – $2,500, includes:

  1. All of the above benefits of Premier Sponsorship, PLUS:
  2. Company recognition on all student email messages, social media, and signage advertising the free professional headshots provided to students at the Career Fair. Your sponsorship covers the cost of the photographer, and the service will be marketed to students as “provided by [your company name].”
  3. Option to provide company materials (print and/or small giveaways) at the headshot check-in table for students

Corporate Employer – $500, includes a 6’ table and lunch for up to 3 representatives

Nonprofit/Government Employer – $250 includes a 6’ table and lunch for up to 3 representatives

Graduate School – $250, includes a 6’ table and lunch for up to 3 representatives

Boise State Graduate Department – $0, includes a 6’ table

Extra table – $100, includes an additional 3 representatives

Registration

To register for the upcoming event, use the Registration link on the main Career Fair page.

Cancellations

Standard Registration: Cancellations received at least 2 weeks prior to the event will be fully refunded. Cancellations received within 2 weeks of the event but more than 1 week prior to the event will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee. Cancellations within 1 week of the event, as well as no-shows on the day of the event, will not be refunded.

Premier Sponsorship and Professional Headshot Sponsorship Registration: Payment must be received one month prior to the career fair and are not eligible for refunds.

Set-Up

Set-up instructions will be emailed prior to the event.

Parking

Free parking will be provided. You will receive an email prior to the Career Fair with parking instructions.

Space

Each registration includes an 8’x4’ space, a 6’x3’ table and two chairs. If your display exceeds those dimensions, you must purchase an extra table.

Refreshments

Coffee, tea, and water will be available on the day of the fair. Registration includes lunch for up to 3 registered representatives. Additional representatives can purchase their lunch at on-campus restaurants.

Materials

Please ship your materials no earlier than 10 days prior to the fair. Materials MUST be received by Career Services no later than 3 business days prior to the fair & should be clearly marked with your company’s name. Materials should be addressed as follows:

If you have shipped your materials to Career Services, please contact us at 208-426-1747 or career@boisestate.edu to confirm that we have received them.

Shipping after the Fair

If you need to ship materials after the fair, leave your boxes with completed shipping label at the employer check-in table and Career Services will bring it to the campus shipping center.

Boise State Bookstore

The Bookstore is located on the first floor of the Student Union Building if you need miscellaneous supplies you may have left behind.

Ballroom Walls

For fairs hosted in a ballroom, please use only art putty to hang materials on painted surfaces; use velcro on cloth walls.
