Career Fair Premier Sponsors Promotional Materials

Thank you for sponsoring the upcoming Boise State Career Fair! There are a couple things we need from you to help us promote your organization to our students.

Step 1: Submit your logo

We will include your logo on the career fair webpage and on digital signage at the event.

So that your logo displays properly at a large size, please send a high resolution file. You can check the resolution by zooming in on your logo. If it remains sharp as you zoom in, it will display well on a large screen. If it quickly becomes blurry or pixelated as you zoom in, it may not display well. If a higher resolution image is not available, please ask your marketing department for a vector (scalable) file, such as .AI, .EPS, or .SVG.

Step 2 (optional): Submit social media content

If you would like us to promote your organization on Career Services’ social media leading up to the fair, we will do so by featuring one of your current employees or interns. This will involve submitting the requested information below along with 1-3 photos of the employee.

Please choose someone working in a role that you will be recruiting for at the fair (or someone who started in the role you’re recruiting for and has been promoted), preferably a Boise State student or alumni.

You may gather the info below and submit this form on behalf of the employee, or have them submit the form themself.

We will be posting to Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. If you would like us to tag your organization (or the featured employee), please provide links to each of the pages you'd like us to tag.

Upload 1-3 photos of the employee. They should be taken at work and don't need to be professional. We suggest (1) a candid photo of the of the employee doing some aspect of their job, (2) a photo of them posing in front of your building or logo, and (3) a team photo or the person at a work event. We recommend making these fun and showing off your culture.
