JOIN US: ISSRDC 2021
The 10th annual International Space Station Research and Development Conference (ISSRDC) is open for registration! ISSRDC 2021, which will take place virtually August 3-5, is hosted by the Center for the Advancement of Science in Space (CASIS), manager of the International Space Station (ISS) U.S. National Laboratory; NASA; and the American Astronautical Society.
The event is free to attend; however, registration is required.
The theme for this year’s conference is “Challenge. Partnership. Transformation.” This past year was filled with challenges that required us to come together and transform how we think and work. Through partnership, we can achieve the transformation needed to address the many challenges we face today—here on Earth, in driving a robust economy in low Earth orbit, and as we advance our exploration goals to the Moon and beyond.
This year’s conference sessions will explore a wide variety of topics, including:
- Space policy
- Regenerative medicine
- In-space production applications
- Advanced materials
- Investment in the evolving low Earth orbit economy
- Inspiring the next generation through space-based research and programs
