As outlined in the previous update, the working groups and members of the Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) spent the last few months developing roadmaps based on questions and considerations in four major focus areas: Tuition and Fees, and State Appropriations; Academic Unit and Central Services Costs; Research and Creative Activity; and Strategic Initiatives.
This work culminated in a summit held in June to develop the Discovery Phase Roadmaps, which are now available in the Resources folder on the Initiative website. Members of the facilitation team will be meeting with the colleges this week to discuss progress.
Additionally, the Budget Modernization Initiative website has been restructured to reflect that progress to date. You will continue to find updated information and communications to the Boise State community there, as well as the updated values and guiding principles for the Initiative.
