Get involved – Practitioners Only

The Blue Sky Institute is stewarding a Community of Practice in partnership with other major employers and stakeholders in Idaho. The purpose is to begin to build an accessible, safer community of learning that advances diversity, equity, and inclusion workplace practices in Idaho. We have two target audiences: practitioners and learners. For practitioners, we will be facilitating quarterly convenings that allow DEI practitioners to collaboratively learn and problem solve together in the context of Idaho.
