Being Mindful

Being Mindful is a six-week program to support living more fully, consciously and healthily. Each session will integrate movement, breathing and focus. Open to newcomers as well as those with experience, each session will offer a new mindful experience that may be easily incorporated into your daily life. All teachings are rooted in ancient practices for everyday living. Among the practices will be a seated energy cultivating practice, a supine body scan, a standing meditation, a walking contemplation, mantra and single pointed concentration.
