In recognition of the fact that many of our students have been adversely impacted by the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the university is implementing an opt in Pass (P) grading basis for fall 2020.
For your fall 2020 courses, you will have the option to keep the letter grade assigned by the instructor or opt to change any grade of C- or higher to a grade of Pass. Grades of D+ and below are not eligible to be changed. Please note, once you make this choice, you will not be able to revoke the decision.
I encourage you to speak with your academic advisor to discuss any impacts that changing to a grade of P may have, and to determine your best course of action.
An email will be sent to your BroncoMail account on Wednesday, December 23 containing a link to the grade change request form, instructions and submission deadline.
