The Boise State Biology Department is looking to hire multiple field technicians for the months of March and April to conduct field surveys on ground squirrels.
These field surveys will be conducted on 3 consecutive days (either Sat-Sun-Mon or Tues-Wed-Thurs) so applicants must have availability for all 3 days that does not conflict with their class schedule during all of March and April.
Field technicians will be working with Jen Cruz, a biology professor in Population Ecology. Jen Cruz and her lab are focused on the following objectives: 1. Improving joint species recoveries; 2. Understanding inter- and intra-specific variability of species; and 3. Minimizing threats from invasive species.
