Senior Stream Restoration Scientist/Engineer Job Opportunity

Rio ASE is a boutique science and engineering firm located in Boise, ID focused exclusively on water resources and river restoration projects within the intermountain west. They are seeking to hire a full-time Senior Stream Restoration Scientist or Engineer and Project Manager to work with their existing staff in Boise, ID, to collaborate with and lead their technical teams and manage small to large projects. Job
responsibilities are diverse including leading technical aspects of small to large stream and floodplain restoration projects, managing small to large stream and floodplain restoration projects, and collaborating with engineers and scientists on permitting, scientific analysis, design development, GIS analysis, map and document preparation, field work, report writing, business development, and administrative tasks. Eligible candidates must have a minimum of 5- years previous stream restoration-related science or engineering experience, project management experience, possess a valid state driver’s license, be comfortable wading in streams and rivers, and be able to occasionally travel. Compensation includes a competitive salary ($80-112K/yr depending on experience) and quarterly bonus.
