General Assembly
Overview
The General Assembly exists to provide representation for many concentrated student populations. Chaired and represented by the Vice President, the General Assembly ensures that the students of these populations are given a voice on key issues.

Join the Assembly
If you’re passionate about student issues, advocacy, and leadership development, consider becoming a part of the General Assembly. Members are appointed by the Vice President through an application process. Applications for the 2024-2025 session will open in early August, so be sure to check back for updates.
Assembly Information
Joint legislative meetings between the Academic Senate and General Assembly for the Fall 2024 will be held on Mondays from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. All students are invited to attend and observe these meetings as spectators. For more information, visit our CampusGroups events page.
