Overview
University students, staff members, and administrators may file complaints against any ASBSU officer for violating ASBSU code, the ASBSU Constitution, their job description, or other governing documents. Complaints will be filed with the Associate Vice President of Ethics Affairs (AVPEA). Once a complaint is received, the AVPEA is responsible for forwarding it to the appropriate individuals. The complaint process is described in full detail in ASBSU’s Judicial Code, available on our Governing Documents web page.
