Established in 2000, the Founders’ Leadership Society honored accomplished graduating students and sought to keep them involved with Boise State as alumni. Selection criteria included demonstrated excellence in leadership skills, appreciation and support for diversity, commitment to service, and academic achievement. Graduates were provided with leadership opportunities and professional development seminars. The program ended around 2010.
