Bachelor of Applied Science

The Bachelor of Applied Science leverages the credits you’ve already earned from your technical associate degree (Associate of Applied Science), Intermediate Technical Certificate (ITC), Advanced Technical Certificate (ATC) or other college credits and applies them to fast track your bachelor’s degree.

Choose from a variety of concentrations and emphasis areas to create a meaningful, individualized degree plan that advances your career. You will learn in a supportive academic environment, either by taking classes 100% online or in a combination of online and on campus.

The Bachelor of Applied Science features seven-week courses and six start dates a year. All application materials must be received by the deadline to be considered for the program. You must apply separately for admission to Boise State University.

Bring Your Experience With You

Each Bachelor of Applied Science student brings experience when they start their path at Boise State. Our goal is to build on your education and experience to help you get ahead instead of feeling like you are starting from scratch.

Transferring credits from an Associate of Applied Science (AAS), Intermediate Technical Certificate or Advanced Technical Certificate is required to be admitted to this program.

Boise State’s applied science and interdisciplinary professional studies programs have partnered with community colleges across Idaho to help you transfer up to 80 general and technical education credits.
