KEY DATES AND DEADLINES

Enrollment

mid-March: New Student Orientation sign-up opens. Students must first submit their Intent to Enroll.
May 1: Intent to Enroll Deadline/ Priority date to accept scholarship awards and financial aid
June – August: Orientation programs (various dates)
August 25: First day of classes

Financial Aid

  • February 15: Priority date to submit 2025-2026 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to have fall financial aid ready to pay fall semester fees.
  • mid-March/early April: Financial Aid packages start being released to students who applied by the priority date.
  • May 1: Priority date to accept scholarship awards and financial aid.

1. Set-Up your MyBoiseState Account

Your MyBoiseState account is your main hub for all things Boise State.

2. Apply for Financial Aid and Scholarships

Scholarships, grants, loans, OH MY! There are so many ways to help fund your education at Boise State.

3. Complete your Intent to Enroll

Let us know you are ready to become a Bronco by completing your Intent to Enroll Confirmation!

Preparing for your First Semester

4. Apply for On-Campus Housing

5. Register for Orientation
