To Get Started, Enroll in the Online Course Site

The content for the micro-certification badges is published in an online course site. You must have an active Boise State user name and password to enroll and access the online Web Content Accessibility Micro-Certification courses through Canvas.

Two options are available to suit your needs: a cohort option where you progress within a set timeframe, or as a self-paced course.

To register in the Level 1 Web Tools and Remediation self-paced course

  1. Visit the Web Tools and Remediation – Self-Paced Canvas Course Site.
  2. Login with your Boise State email address, and select Enroll in Course.
  3. Once registered, select Go to the Course to review the requirements and begin exploring the online course site.

To register for the Level 2 Documents and Media Accessibility self-paced course

  1. Visit the Document and Media Accessibility – Self-Paced Canvas Course Site.
  2. Select Enroll in Course then enter your Boise State email and agree to the terms of service.
  3. Once registered select Go to the Course to review the requirements and begin exploring the online course site. We recommend using the same password as your Boise State accounts and bookmarking the course site for easy access.
