Our Commitment

Our Commitment to Community Engagement and Belonging

The Office of Community Engagement and Belonging will be focusing our efforts in three major areas:

  • Community Development: Supporting employee well-being, morale, and retention, as well as student success, through intentional connection and community-building.
  • Accessibility and Universal Design: Strengthening efforts to comply with federal regulations and reduce barriers to access, thereby enhancing educational opportunities, student success, and employee well-being.
  • Mentorship: Expanding mentorship opportunities for employees and fostering connections between faculty and students.

Ways to Get Involved

All events are listed on Campus Groups. There are a variety of events and learning opportunities offered by the Office of Community Engagement and Belonging in order to cultivate an integrative educational environment. Our mission is to ensure all faculty, staff, and students are supported to thrive, and empowered to address the academic, social, civic, and strategic priorities of our Boise State University community.
