As of fall 2022, we will be closing off the GEC form. To add, remove, change, or renew a foundations designation (FA, FH, FM, etc.) please submit a course proposal. Directions can be found on the Foundations Curriculum Changes page.

This year when you make changes to an existing course or program, you need to indicate what you are changing by selecting the corresponding checkbox found at the top of the page. Once selected, the field will appear for you to edit. Selecting the correct checkboxes expedites workflow and ensures that your proposal goes through the curriculum process efficiently.
