Managing Your Password

The password for your myBoiseState student account expires every 90 days. You will receive automated email reminders as the date gets closer.

Please note

You are responsible for protecting your myBoiseState passwords, and must not share your password with others or leave it exposed. Allowing unauthorized users to use your login credentials to access your student accounts is a violation of the Student Code of Conduct.

Resetting your password

You can reset your password online two different ways:

Reset Your Password From the Login Screen

  • Go to my.boisestate.edu
  • Select Reset/Create Password (below the password field)
  • Follow the prompts on the screen

Reset Your Password Inside myBoiseState

  • Log in to your myBoiseState student account
  • Access your Student Center
  • Choose Personal Information
  • Select Change My Password
  • Follow the prompts on the screen
