Student Support
There are a variety of people and services at Boise State to help you succeed, but they can only help if you ask for assistance. Knowing when to contact someone is just as important as knowing whom to contact. Using the Boise State website, you can review times that offices are open and available. Your course syllabus is helpful in determining when and how to contact your instructor. Develop a list of contacts that includes:
- Your online instructors
- Academic and/or program advisers
- Technical support
- Registrar’s Office
- Library services
- Academic coaching and tutoring services
- Virtual Career Services
- Educational Access services
- Frequently asked questions
- Other important support resources
Get your Bronco Student ID Card
Students taking online courses and living outside the Boise area can request a student ID card by emailing a digital photo in .jpg format to the BroncoCard office at broncobucks@boisestate.edu. Be sure to include your ID number and return address. Your myBoiseState account will be charged $25 for your BroncoCard. Be sure to follow these picture requirements.
