Parade and Pep Rally
Join the procession of BLUE and ORANGE by watching the Boise State Homecoming Parade and stay for the Pep Rally immediately following the parade!

Start Time: 6 p.m.
Start/End: The parade will run along Cesar Chavez Lane beginning at Brady Street, into West Stadium Parking Lot, and ending at DeChevrieux Field.
Find a spot along the Greenbelt or West Stadium Parking lot for a great view of the floats. Parking is open across campus with the exception of the lot between Brady Parking Garage and the Morrison Center.
Stay for the Pep Rally at DeChevrieux Field! Hear from Boise State coaches and the football team and enjoy visits from President Marlene Tromp, Keith Stein Blue Thunder Marching Band, the Boise State Spirit Squad and more. A variety of food trucks and a no-host bar will be available for guests to purchase food and drinks. We will have a DJ spinning great music, so stay and dance as we celebrate and cheer on the Broncos!
Meet Your Parade Grand Marshal
Gary Craner was the Head Athletic Trainer for Boise State Athletics for over 30 years.
Gary was a fixture on the sidelines taking care of athletes and teaching young athletic trainers for over 30 years at Boise State. He has touched hundreds if not thousands of lives, while working as a NATA Hall of Fame athletic trainer.
Register Your Parade Entry
Staging Time: 4:30-5:30 p.m.
Staging Area: Morrison Center parking lot – enter the parking lot using Earle Street off University Drive. Parade participants check in at the northwest corner of the Brady Garage.
All parade entries are limited to a max number of 20 participants in the staging area and on the parade route; including in the vehicle, on the float, or walking.
Nominate a Parade Grand Marshal
The Grand Marshal serves as the leading dignitary at the front of the Homecoming parade. The role is typically bestowed upon an alumnus, staff, faculty, or community member who has shown an exceptional commitment to Boise State University and our greater community. Submissions are due Sept. 10, 2023.
