Our new Help Desk Self Service site allows you to search tens of thousands of knowledge articles for tips and solutions, as well as easily submit an incident or service request using OIT's ticketing system any time day or night, 365 days a year.

The OIT Help Desk updates this knowledgebase daily, adding information as soon as we capture it. Can't find what you're looking for? Let us know!
Submit a Request for Service
Our new Help Desk Self Service site makes submitting a request to OIT a one-click affair. Upon logging in to Help Desk Self Service, University staff and faculty can click "Open a Request Now!" at upper-right:

This will open a form allowing you to enter the nature of your request. Upon submission, this request will immediately go to our call logging system, notifying the proper OIT team of your service or incident request.
