Breaking the Stigma
Mental Health Screening Day aims to break down the stigma surrounding mental health. By providing a safe and welcoming space, we encourage students to address their mental health concerns openly and without fear of judgment.
Empowering Awareness
The event offers an opportunity for students to reflect on their mental well-being through confidential screenings. These screenings provide insights into anxiety and depression, empowering individuals to gain self-awareness and take proactive steps toward their wellness journey.
Supportive Resources
Our Mental Health Screening Day also connects students with valuable resources and services available on campus. From counseling services to community groups, we ensure that students have access to the tools they need to manage stress, anxiety, and other challenges.
Community of Care
By participating in Mental Health Screening Day, you become part of a compassionate community that prioritizes mental wellness. We believe that every voice matters, and together, we create an environment where seeking help is a sign of strength.
