You Make it Possible
You’ve shown your support by giving to Boise State for the last two years and we want to thank you. As a regular donor, you are a part of our Loyal Broncos, those who consistently give year-after-year and always step up when asked to help.
Loyal Broncos Pay it Forward
Glen Walker and Caile Spear have provided financial support to Boise State students for nearly 25 years. As members of the Loyal Broncos giving society — donors who give philanthropic gifts for five or more consecutive years — the Boise couple said they understand first-hand the financial challenges students have while attending college.
INVESTING IN STUDENT SUCCESS
Boise State University professor and longtime donor Lonny Ashworth graduated from Boise State in 1977 and has been passionate about teaching respiratory care students at his alma mater nearly ever since.
In honor of his father, Troy funded the Lonny J. Ashworth Respiratory Care Endowed Scholarship at Boise State. The scholarship supports second-year respiratory care students earning a bachelor of science degree who have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
Advocate for Higher education
Boise State alumnus Jennifer Seamons, ’06, ’11, gives both of her time and treasure to her alma mater, serving as a board member of the Boise State Alumni Association and financially supporting the endowed Legacy Scholarship.
Jennifer and her husband, Stan Seamons, ’01, are members of the Boise State Loyal Donor program – providing consecutive years of financial support toward an area of that is most important to them. These Loyal Broncos are faithful members of the Bronco Family, and their support is instrumental in the success of Boise State students.
Stein Gifts Create Legacies at Boise STate
Longtime donors Catherine Stein, and her late husband Keith, have supported the arts and athletics at Boise State in numerous ways, including endowed scholarships for marching band students, construction of an indoor band practice facility, piano upgrades for the Department of Music and most recently, a gift to support the construction of the Center for Fine Arts.
