Admission

The first step to becoming a student at Boise State University is to apply for admission.

For undergraduate admissions information and to apply, visit Boise State Admissions.

If you have questions about undergraduate admission, call Undergraduate Admissions at (208) 426-1156
(for those without a bachelor's degree).

NOTE: The application deadline for undergraduate degree-seeking students is typically the end of June for the fall term and the end of November for the spring term.

Undergraduate Non-degree-seeking students can apply for admission through the first week of classes.

Registration

Once you are admitted to Boise State and have received a registration appointment, you are ready to register.
Online registration and instructions are available at BroncoWeb (7:00 am to midnight, Monday through Friday).

You may register for classes in these ways:

  • Online by visiting BroncoWeb
  • At any Boise State campus computer lab
  • At the Extended Studies office, 1015 Grant Ave., 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Once you register, your Student Account will be available to you on BroncoWeb. This is where you will find your student account detail including due dates and amounts due. Be sure to access your student account as soon as you register and often during the semester.

You will also receive a student email account; please check this regularly as important university information will be communicated via email, including class cancellations.
