Welcome to the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry! Here, we promote student success by achieving excellence in the following:
Research – 21st century problems are tackled through innovative research efforts in a wide variety of areas, including agricultural, medicinal, and astrochemistry, and many more.
Culture – We strive to create a positive, welcoming environment where students, staff, and faculty interact inside the classroom, as well as outside of it, through spontaneous barbeques and engaging seminars.
Curriculum – Our invigorating curriculum conveys the knowledge of the complex discipline of chemistry to our students and the general public.
