- 10:30 a.m., break
- 10:40 a.m., Task Element: Declaration of Purpose

- 1:00 p.m., Program Element: Idaho Highway Safety Coalition
- Evelyn Blank of the Idaho Transporation Department will demonstrate web resources of the new coalition.

- Assuming an agreement to create a statewide advocacy organization, during this agenda segment we will consider successful models from other states. The group may elect to draft a letter to the Idaho Transporation Department, calling for it to recognize the new organization as a citizens' advisory board pursuant to the Idaho Bicycle and Pedestrian Transportation Plan of January, 1995.

- The group may elect to draft a letter to Governor Otter, asking him to direct the Idaho Transporation Board to reinstate Transportation Enhancement funding.
- 4:00 p.m., Task Element: Communications Plan
